Jo Egan

Ms Egan was appointed to the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board by the AGL Partners in May 2024. She is also a member of the ActewAGL Safety, Audit and Risk Committee.

Ms Egan joined AGL in 2008 and held several senior executive roles across Customer Markets before being appointed as Chief Customer Officer in June 2022.

She has more than two decades of experience across product, sales, marketing and channels. Prior to joining AGL, she worked at TRUenergy in various retail leadership roles, and as the General Manager of Operations at Business Process Outsource Provider, PCI.

She holds a Masters of Business Administration and Management from Deakin University, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of Chief Executive Women.
