Yanli Liu 

Ms Liu was appointed to the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board in January 2025. She is Board Director and Deputy Managing Director at Jemena.

Ms Liu has over two decades of experience working across China, the Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and Europe. She previously held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer of State Grid International Development Co. Ltd (SGID) – the international arm of State Grid Corporation of China. 

Ms Liu is currently a member of the Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Interpretation Committee.
