Frank Tudor MBA, AMP, DipEc, PGDipEng (Chem), BEng (Mech), GAICD
Mr Tudor is Deputy Chair of the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board. He was appointed to the ActewAGL Board by State Grid (China) Singapore Power (Australia) Assets (SGSPAA) in December 2018.
He serves on the Expert Advisory Panel with the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), and is a Board member of Energy Networks Australia and Chair of its Asset Management Committee. He is also a past Board member of the Federal Government’s Australia China Council.
Mr Tudor is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Jemena, and Managing Director of State Grid (China) Singapore Power (Australia) Assets (SGSPAA), which owns and operates a diverse portfolio of energy and water transportation assets across the east coast of Australia. Before joining Jemena in October 2018, Mr Tudor worked at Horizon Power, BP and Woodside.
Recognised as an energy industry leader, he has held various senior executive roles over the past 30 years in the international oil, gas, and power industries.
Mr Tudor holds first-class degrees in engineering, economics and business administration from Curtin University (WA), London School of Economics (UK) and AGSM (University of NSW). He has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and lectured in oil and gas economics and legal frameworks at the University of Western Australia for over ten years.
