Our Board
The ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board is made up of six members.
The Board governs the business of the ActewAGL Retail and ActewAGL Distribution partnerships on behalf of the partners. The obligations of members of the Board are set out in the Umbrella Agreement, and members must perform their duties in good faith and in the best interests of the partnerships as a whole.
Carol Lilley
Ms Lilley is Chair of the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board. She was appointed to the ActewAGL Board on 1 February 2023. She is currently Deputy Chair of Icon Water Limited, Icon Distribution Investments Limited, and Icon Retail Investments Limited.
Damien Nicks
Mr Nicks is Deputy Chair of the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board. He was appointed to the ActewAGL Board by the AGL Partners in May 2018 and is also a member of the ActewAGL Safety, Audit and Risk Committee.
David Gillespie
Mr Gillespie was appointed to the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board on 1 September 2023.
Julie-Anne Schafer
Ms Schafer was appointed to the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board by Icon Water on 1 July 2022. She is currently a non-executive director of Icon Water, Icon Retail Investments Limited and Icon Distribution Investments Limited, as well as a non-executive director of Urban Utilities.
Ray Hezkial
Mr Hezkial was appointed to the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board by Icon Water in April 2019. He is also a member of the Board of ActewAGL Retail Investments Pty Ltd and ActewAGL Distribution Investments Pty Ltd, and a member of the Boards of Icon Water Limited, Icon Distribution Investments Limited and Icon Retail Investments Limited.
Sun Peng
Mr Sun was appointed to the ActewAGL Joint Venture Partnerships Board in July 2016 and is also a member of the ActewAGL Safety, Audit and Risk Committee.
